    Each week you will log in to a live session and listen into the each session content. You can ask questions by typing on your keyboard. You don't require a microphone or webcam. You can submit questions before the live session as well as during the session itself. By the end of each online session you will have a clear plan for the week to follow in relation your nutrition and exercise.

  • 2. Will I get nutrition plans and recipes?

    Although yes you will be able to download recipe ideas this is not a diet or a set way of eating. Instead, this course will help you feel more informed about nutrition and better able to create your own weekly plans but with the support of the live online session each week alongside a range of downloads and recipe ideas. The truth is for most people half the battle at least is not consuming food and drink you know you shouldn't not just eating a specific healthy diet.

  • 3.Will I get an exercise program?

    Again the secret to success here is being able to feel much more informed and in the driving seat of your own plan rather than following a pre-designed workout only to find a week or two down the line you have completely quit. You will, however, gain access to plenty of ideas and downloads to assist.

  • 4. How do I access the live sessions?

    You will need an internet connected PC or mobile device. We recommend a laptop or desktop PC for best experience however you can access the live sessions via an iPad or tablet device. You should also have headphones or earphones to help focus on the content of the sessions to get the most out of the course.

  • 5. What do I have to do between sessions?

    You will download an 8 week journal at the start of the program to record your nutrition and exercise plan each week. This will direct your focus between sessions throughout the course. Each week in the live online session you will prepare your personal focus for the week.

  • 6. How to I get started?
